Notice of Annual Meeting of Members

The East Texas Crisis Center, Inc. Annual Meeting of Members for the *Friends of the Center will be held at 11:30 a.m., Thursday, January 26, 2017, at 2401 Hughey Drive, Tyler, Texas.

The following business is scheduled for a vote by the members:

  1. PROPOSED OFFICERS for 2017
  2. NOMINATION OF NEW 2017 BOARD OF DIRECTORS
  3. Proposing policy amendments to be approved by the Board of Directors.
  4. Other actions may be proposed.

 

 PLEASE CALL Jenny at (903) 579-2513 to Reserve a Seat, if Planning to Attend

*A member is defined as any person at least 18 years of age who made a Friend of the Center contribution in 2016.
